Played in the 15.00 bounty on poker host tonight.

I was on the button blinds were 50/100, i have a stack of 3800ish, as did all the table really.

2 people limped, i limped with my 68 off, small blind calls, big blind checks option.

flop is 10 6 6, small blind bets 100, big blind folds, other 2 call, i raise 500. all call the raise

turn is 8....10,6,6,8. Im huge right.

Small blind bets 500, next calls, next makes it 1000, i push

All call my push.

I am hoping someone has a flush or a 97 straight, maybe A6...Im full, im not going anywhere.

big blind has 88
next position has 1010
next position has 97
i have 68

Isnt that the sickest shit you have ever seen?

Never in the million hands I have played have I seen so many players with such prime hands.

I personally loved it, it was special to be a part of.

WOW thats WOW...i have no words there was no way to anyone to fold that hand ( ohh man i see double ) :S....well only a player that dont wants to play a big pot at the start of a tournament will fold and the sick thing in a bounty tournament is that everyone is so greedy that they will try to make moves on you and call with almost any Ace....

Thank you for the post Steve see you at PokerHost come down and play at my stakes Razz we haven`t playd in a while.

Yeah, thats a pretty sick hand there Steve. I don't know about the guy calling the gut shot on the flop though.

Heya Demon,

Yeah I played a few smaller stakes games over the weekend, and got my ass handed to me. Was only 500.00 bucks, but I actually avoid low stakes games online and low stakes tourneys or tourneys a lot of people satilite into.

I just find there are too many people there that lack expereince and cant lay down hands like AK AQ, mid pairs etc no matter how much you bet.

I shouldnt have lost the 500.00 over the weekend, but I did because I broke my own online rule.

Personally, I would rather deposit 500.00 and play a couple of 250.00 buy in tourneys or 10/20 cash stakes.

But I have always maintained the 2.20 and 11.00 satilite for the sunday main event is the easiest game online. I played that and won it easily. You only need to play 2-3 VERY agressive hands in the first hour to make the final table, then final table rules apply.

Make no mistake about it, when players have watched you play only 2 or 3 hands and you start to push at the final table, they show you too much respect and you rape the blinds.

My personal online strategy for such a method is i play 1-2 on the initial table, then as the tournament progress's you get moved tables and no one knows how tight and agressive you really are and you can repeat the same. The third table you find yourself at is generally the final table when you have 30-45 participants.
