i think it would be really cool to have a knock out tournament where you collect not only a bounty for taking out a player but also the bounties (if any) that they have already collected, it would definitley give the ko tournaments a whole new dynamic ....

That seems like a pretty cool idea but if you think about it, if all of the bounties keep being passed on every time a player is knocked out then eventually all of the bounty money is just going to go to the winner of the tournament.

It would definitely be a nice bonus for the 1st place finisher but even 2nd place wouldn't get any bounties. A good alternative to that structure might be a normal knock out tournament but the player who collects the most bounties will get an extra bonus.

If anyone else is interested in this let me know on this thread and I'll start looking into setting one up like that at Full Tilt. I'll have to figure out how we can count up the bounties because it might be a bit time consuming if all the players have to send in screen shots of their bounty count but thats probably going to be the only way we can do it.

i dont agree with bountys being passed. bounty tourneys just hearing that gets under my skin heres why...played the $11 buy head hunt challenge on p-stars on jan4th and i placed 761st won $26 thats the good part... in 3 1/2 hours i was only moved a couple of times but of course never at a table that had someone with a bounty. most of the pros went out early seemed like thats what p-stars wanted only 2 pros finished ahead of my crappy 761st.
next for me will b $11 buy in sunday 1/4 million. see u at the tables good luck all

I think that sounds like a good idea, i mean i never played a KO tourney cause i'm afraid if i do go all in and someone calls, i'll lose and get KO'd...but i have to eventually try it though..

have to take chances gonegreedy plus u cant wim em all-- but u never win if u dont take some risks and get sime good ole card luck
