The member who starts the group will be the group moderator and will be able to send announcements or what ever they'd like by private message to all group members at once. The group moderator will also be able to choose which members are aloud to join the group.
To suggest a group please start a thread with the following:
1. Use the group name as the subject in your group suggestion thread.
2. Give a short description of the group you are suggesting to start.
3. Give the color you would like your group members names diplayed as in forum messages.
4. Let us know who you would like to give permmision to send PM mailings to your group members i.e. moderators, group users or all members.
